Yeah same situation here I get more than 90 mbps up and down with 20-25 ms ping but I can't connect to eso bc of blocked ports by IT people here so I have to use vpn which eats most of my bandwidth and gives me 100 ms ping

Playing from India would probably make your ping at least 100ms anyway.

Earlier,I was lucky if the speed crossed like 1 mbps.Now at the same price,got this speed after I switched to a different ISP recently
