Crack that neck?
No matter what those pseudo 'doctors' called chiropractors may say, occasionally cracking your neck shouldn't cause much trouble, assuming that you don't have a medical condition, injury or anatomical abnormality that might be exacerbated by the manipulation.
That said, cracking a joint too much can stretch its ligaments and it "pops" because it produces a momentary cavitation bubble. Pistol shrimp are the kings of cavitation and use it to kill thier prey. The energy released by the collapsing cavitation bubbles produced by boat propellers can blow chunks out of even the hardest alloy.

Crack that neck?
The best way to crack your neck is to tie a rope around it, attach the end of the rope to your ceiling and then jump off a chair.

Crack that neck?
I read an article on a research a while ago that stated the cracking of the fingers is absolutely harmless. Also, one of my hips cracks/pops when walking lol, never had any issues with it.

Crack that neck?
Yea sometimes I crack the jaw too. Also I can crack my shoulders. One time I remember just doing either a regular neck or jaw crack (I can't remember witch) in class and it was sooooooo loud that it scared me. I sometimes think back to that crack and wonder if anyone else in the class heard it cause it was a gnarly crack.

Yes, the chiropractor''s business model is doin that crack for ye. They want the world to think only a trained professional can get your crack game going but really all it takes is a good twist of the neck to get that snap crackly popply crackgasm.metis wrote:No matter what those pseudo ''doctors'' called chiropractors may say, occasionally cracking your neck shouldn''t cause much trouble, assuming that you don''t have a medical condition, injury or anatomical abnormality that might be exacerbated by the manipulation.
