Troubles creating new homecities

Hello to everyone, i played this beautiful game back in 2009 and stoped some years later. 3 months ago, I purchased again in Steam, and started to play in the ESO again. So, when i wanted to test another civ, I couldn't create another homecity because an "unspecified error". And I dont really now what to do D: Someone of you have the same problem? Is just me?

Do you have too many civs maybe? There is a limit on like 30 civs.

This problem can occur when ure creating a hc u already have.deleting the old one can help

I took the liberty of looking at your profile on ESO and it looks like you already got a home city called Lisboa (for Deathmatch) and you also have like 25 home cities. Either picking another name or deleting a home city should be the solution.

You can't create two HCs with the same name. Use a new name for the new HC.

I actually had a problem like that and changing hc name didnt help
