Can't get rotation mod to work, just spins the screen

hey, has anyone else had the same problem? i follow the instructions that were given, but it just spins the screen around instead?

Just scroll up or down without holding any buttons' it should work.

Alternatively, go to the MyDocuments/MyGames/AoE3/Startup/ folder and open the User.con file. Add the following line if it isn't already there

map("mousez", "building", "uiWheelRotatePlacedUnit")

You should be able to rotate buildings now.
