I will clarify. I was bored and I made a long winded post with a bad joke at the end. I took screenshots from a mod called wars of liberty, link is in the tldr. the actual civs are egypt and zulu in my screenshots. it was supposed to be a joke but people took it seriously and had it moved to user created content

both players need the same files for it to work on eso

You can play online if others also have the mod installed.

A hundred duck sized horses. The only thing dangerous about horses are their size, and conversely, the only thing safe about ducks are their size.
