Wars of Liberty mod?

I haven't played games on a while but this year I'll have some free time so I'm back.
That said, I had no idea of how many mods were being made, and I love how competitive the aoe3 scene is right now, so I'm certainly gonna have a blast.

So, I was lurking around and I found about this mod that is, apparently, gonna include a hell lot of civs (Zulu, Americains, Brazil) and maps. Sadly, it's not ready, but then I checked his facebook page and I found this. What do you guys think it means? Is the mod gonna be released soon?

I really like how they just step away from the logic of only featuring the ''strongest'' and the ''important'' nations of the world,

This mod was released a long time ago. It is massive but quite poorly made. If you want to play a good mod play Napoleonic era.

You probably mean their previous mod: The war of the triple alliance. This is a new one, apparently.

The upcoming Wars of Liberty release will be much better than the old WotTA, which even I agree was a bit poorly made.
