So I've been streaming this a lot recently so I expect everyone who participates in this discussion to know what the map is. I'll add a description soon but for now I just wanted to get the map up for people to write ideas

The extension is probably just not whitelisted. It was the same way for .xs files (random map scripts) until i asked to have it added. The accepted file types were probably lost when we switched sites, and this post was before the switch, as you can see from the broken bb code.
