its on youtube the first place is pretty unbelievable under 9 mins. but uses one civ exploits, would be interesting to see best times for each civ.

yeah i tihnk that was cheap and a way to cheat the challenge, but wasnt it the top player who didnt even do it ? one of the top 2 didnt.

No, if we watch the video we clearly see Aklak gathering the enemy's resource shipments. However you are partially correct as Umeu (2nd place) did not.

No, if we watch the video we see Aizamk gets third place.

its actually pretty easy, you can do it with almost full eco.
age 1: 3 cdb, build tp
age 2: 700 w, 700 c (research all market ups)
age 3: 1000 c
age 4: ageing up with 1000 c , gather 500 c research xp in church, you have 3 cards free -> first 2 facs then 10 cdb and you will be pretty fast age 5

I use to do it in team games where the opposite side goes water and is very defensive. You can build 5 huss and try to raid but usually they wall so you can spare it as well. As soon you have cuir and a decent eco, it almost equals waterplay.
The downside is that you wont be able to mass any units between age 3 and 4, due to the 1500 c which the xp costs. So if they push in the wrong moment its g. But I guess you can adjust.

lel do it in under 14 min and it will be something special. But its pritty common to do age ups under 20 with every civ... Just have a look at some higher nr 40 games and you will see that it is nothing special ...
