what's the CPU usage when you try to stream?

use CBR- checked , Enable CBR Paddling- Checked
Max bitrate- 1000kbps
For VIDEO, CUstom resolution
Resolution downscale- None
Disable areo- Checked
and FPs- 15
CPU preset- Very fast
Encoding profile- High
Key frame interval- 4

I am using I3 2.3 GHZ processor with 4 Gb ram!

My interenet Down and upload speed is about 1mbps when i checked on speedtest!

perhaps its because of your speed which is low for streaming and your bitrate is a bit high for your upload speed, it should be 80% of your upload speed. But I dont think fixing max bitrate is gonna matter.

When you just record the game locally, you are not using the internet. Your PC is good enough to record games locally, that's why you don't see the lag there. You do use the internet as soon as you start the stream. Given the fact that you only have 1 mb upload speed, the problem will probably be caused because of this. 1 mb/s is very low. You should try to stream on a lower bitrate I guess and then see if that prevents the lag.
