Maybe you are right, but bear in mind that goons are also nerfed.

With missionary buff we could easily see Spain colo agenda in certain mu's, which would be quite a refreshing change.

20 Strelets isnt OP in real case scenario casue they have no auto veteran status. Its a simple buff to catch with other eu civs with vet skirms.

Depends from type of the game. In 1v1 we rarely see 4th age so its not important, in team Chinese player won't be able to rely solely Han, which is a good thing.

I think most people will still ship Han. Also, Western Reforms and Manchu Combat become more viable with Han nerf.

In my opinion, even with these buffs Russia still doesn't have enough incentive to age up.
