Re: Tournament Rules
Gameplay Rules
All games have to be played on Treaty Patch 1.5 which is integrated in ESOC Patch. Link to Download: here. All players should have Treaty Patch with the required maps here ready before their scheduled games.
1.1 - Players can freely pick their civilization in game 1. After that, they have alternatively pick their civilization, starting with the winner of game 1.
1.2 - Every player must respect their opponent, casters and organizers. Misbehavior will result in a warning and can lead into disqualification. Racism and/or insults will not be tolerated.
1.3 - Every game must be recorded.
1.4 - Every game must be screenshotted at approximately the 39:00 minute mark and 1 minute before the fight starts. Example: NR45 requires two screenshots, at 39th minute mark and 44th minute mark.
1.5 - All external mods are illegal, with the exception of the rotator mod.
1.6 -Players are allowed to take treasures from the entire map, however, all units must be on your half of the map at the 39:00 minute mark. Exception to this rule is on map Orinoco, where exploration and treasures are both limited to half map.
1.7 - Running on the maps is allowed, after the NR time.
1.8 - All games have the rules of no boats, which means no war ships, canoes and fishing boats should be trained for attacking your opponent, nor for transporting units to other side. Violation of this rule will lead to disqualification.
1.9 - When a player disconnects from the internet before 2 minutes, the player can (when both agree) restart and replay the game. When the opponent does not agree to restart, the outcome of the game will be determined by the tournament staff.
1.10 - When a player disconnects after 2 minutes, the players can (when both agree) restart and replay the game. When the opponent does not agree to restart, the player who lost connection will be given a loss.
1.11 - Every player may restart a game befor the 2 minute mark when necessary. This is allowed once per map when the game is not casted by an official caster. Restarts for casted games will be determined by the caster him/herself.
1.12 - The caster is allowed to restart a game as many times as necessary for optimal play.
1.13 - All games must be submitted using the results submitter. Afterwards, you can edit your result post to add the screenshots.
1.14 - Recorded games must be renamed to reflect the matchup.
1.15 - Players must be respectable to each other when selecting civilizations in a game. Players cannot intentionally change to unfair match-ups, or otherwise be difficult to agree to a match-up. The tournament staff reserves the right to two possible outcomes. 1. If only one player is deemed challenging, then that player will be forced to pick their civilization first. 2. If both players are disagreeable then blind pick will be enforced. This decision is made by the staff.
1.16 – Games which are played as NR 45 must be hosted as NR 30. This means you have 15 minutes to make a front base. It’s not allowed to attack before the 45 minute mark.
1.17 – Blitz games need to be hosted as NR 10. You have to respect and wait for your opponent to macro his economy. When both players write 11 you can unpause.

Re: Tournament Rules
To be honest, how can it be that I face hamberg in the first round? He did not sign in with his main account but with a second account (Bleut) and therefore has a much lower elo (1900). I would face a weaker player in the first round but now im facing someone with almost 2500 elo. The seeeding should be redone but now with his real elo.
