I submitted through the tool, which got them to show up in the ladder, if you click on one of our names there on the match you can download the recs. There are indeed things broken resulting in the inability to post them directly.

@musketeer925 only staff/admins can download them, since the files exist without a thread and therefore without the appropriate privileges.
