Alright so
I went to install AOE on my laptop so i could play with a friend, but when ever i go to enter the CD key i get the attached message, telling me that its invalid. Now i have gotten AOE3 to work before on my old computer, through steam as well, so i don't think its anything as dramatic as someone pinching my CD key... id hope.
What am i doing wrong? do i need to reboot my old PC and uninstall it there first?
Any advice would be welcomed, and i do apologize if this seems like a question you've heard before, i looked through the forum but couldn't find anything exactly like my situation.

@MrMadMan It seems like your made a typo in the fourth set. It says T68XX, but you typed out T66XX. Try fixing that letter and see if it will work.

That's if someone hasn't stolen your key from posting it in the forums....

You can't really "steal" a CD key in such a way. It can be used for any number of installations. The only limit is one ESO account per CD key, which doesn't matter either if you're already created it.

You can try using any key from the internet. As long as you don't want to create an eso-account.

i am really really sorry, i was installing this at 3 am so i guess sleepy me missed that.
