Maps on RE

How do I install maps on RE patch but with the spectator slots? Kind of like how tournaments are hosted..What would I need for it.

Got it, but how can I be the observer? Is it possible to be observer in slot #1? @WickedCossack

No, you need to join in slot 3 or above. Just get one of the two players to host the game, shouldn't be an issue.
