ES Online: Failed to join

We have a problem here mit my buddies. One of us can't join a private multiplayer game via ES Online. We have approved, that he can neither create nor join a game.

Things we tried:

- He allowed these .exe files under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age Of Empires 3\bin through the Firewall:

age3.exe,
age3x.exe,
age3y.exe,
Age3Launcher.exe,
Age3xLauncher.exe,
autopatcher.exe,
autopatcher2.exe,
autopatcherx.exe,
autopatchery.exe

- Ports forwarded:
TCP 80,
TCP 2300,
UDP 2300-2310

- Everyone had Asian Dynasties started

Any more ideas?
