Dear user,

I wanted to play Age of Empires 3 online, but I ran into troubles with my ESO online account.
I thought I didn't have an account, but it says I did.
So I went to the recovery tool, but it says that my product ID and key do not match an account.
So I can't recover nor make an account. I bought the game via Steam.
Could you help me?

Try running the registry script available from here: http://eso.com/101.aspx
If you really never had an account, this should fix the issue and allow you to create one. Note that only one ESO account may be created per CD key.

hello
i have a bug which happend during the installation of the game i guess. however, i can make instant accs. if u need an online acc u can pm me here and i will gladly make u a new eso acc u can use to play online.. ofc its free and its no effort for me at all so dont hesitate and ask me to enjoy the game together with us
