ESOC patch - AOE is not responding

Hi, after instalation patch, when i try to launch it, i have a screen aoe is not responding.
Older patch was working fine.
How to fix it?

Hi, this could happen on 4.0.0.0 if an internet connection problem occurred upon launch. Are you sure you are on the latest patch version?

Yes i had an old version. I have installed 4.1 and its the same problem.

I want to make sure I understand correctly. You've been having this issue both on 4.0 and 4.1 (released today)?

If so, in the EP launcher, try going into "Options" and uncheck "Share Hosted Games with ESOC", and see if you have any different results.

If that doesn't help, I think I'll also need some more information:
- You say you have "aoe screen" with not responding. What screen, specifically are you seeing? (A screenshot would help)
- What operating system (Windows 7, Windows 10...)?

1) Yes, on both.
2) My EP launcher never works fine. I always run ESOC Paych with .exe file.
3)Screen added.

Hmm. Try to unzip the attached zip file into My Documents\My Games\Age of Empires 3\ (so you'll have EPCFG.bin in My Documents\My Games\Age of Empires 3\) and see if that does anything then.
