game login not working windows 10

Is the "OK" button always a different color? Never noticed it...

If the game or one of the expansions won't sign in it's probably because it is not included in the exceptions list for the Windows firewall. I'm running Win 10 and have no problems getting online. Go to Cortana, type in "Windows firewall" and check to see if the game is in the exceptions list.

Hi, I have this problem in windows 8.1, I did the same you did (set compatibility mode to windows xp sp3 and installed MSXML 4.0 sp3), but I keep having the problem (OK button does nothing). The firewall and other antivirus software are not interfering. I'm connected using a LAN cable.

Any ideas on what can I do? :/

try with compatibility mode for win7 or turn off the compatibility mode ')

I had already tried with compatibility mode off. And after I tried with win7 mode I got the same problem: the OK button does nothing.

I also want to add that my account is active and is not banned or something like that, since a friend of mine could enter (to my account) using his own PC.

Anyone knows what should I do now? :/

I'm using that version too. Well... I think I'll dig into the varius aoe3 forums of the internet to try to find a solution. I think it might be a problem with the internet connection, but I'm not sure.
