Daimyo / Shogun freezes

I was wondering if I have a bug with my Daimyo Shogun.
When they pop up from HC or Wonder they are moving normally. As soon as I produce units with them they get stuck. After the units pop up, Daimyo and Shogun are still stuck, they can't move.
Sometimes I manage to make them walk again, but often they are not moving.
Any idea?

It's not a bug.

That's normal. When shogun/daymio are producing some units they are immediately stopped. It's not a bug
