Age of Empires III new Account

i bought Age of Empires III again, because i want to create a new account. Now i have the problem that my CD-Key does not exist. Now i deinstalled the game and installed it again. Now i have the problem that my game isnt on the desktop.


Please help me

I had the same problem.
You need a clean uninstall, or else there is still some registry data left and it screw up your registration.

Note that you can always make a new account on a different PC/Laptop. Then you can use it on your main PC.
