Game crashes when listening to Music in the background

over the last couple Months i had my game crash Midgame a couple of Times. It only happens when i have Music in the background, and about every other time i have music running.
It happened with 3 different media players and only with AoE 3. ofc i play without music now, but i would really like too again.

any idea on how to fix this?

listen to the music via your phone. I know that isn't a real fix but it could kinda 'fix' it for the time being.
