Connection bug

Hello. Sometimes when i play (once on a few games) I gets lag and a few seconds later I gets the window that all players in game (except me) are disconnected. I can only kick them or waiting. After 60 seconds game kick them and hangs (the same when I kick them). I can move the camera around the map but I can't click any button (when I click resing nothing happens). I have to close game by the device manager. Friends say that in game it's looks like I just resign, not like losing the connection. After it, my PR doesn't change (only add lost game and change % of wins).

Throughout this time I have constantly a connection to the Internet. I have no idea what this may cause. I checked if it is not my antivirus, but when antivirus is closed it happens also. The same is true of firewall, etc. Reinstalling of game or system also does not help.

Except of it, I have a normal connection, green ping, no lags or anything, any problems (in other multiplayer games too not). It sometimes happened to me formerly, then stopped for a few months(2-3), but recently again happens... I can't normally play by this, only unrated or 1vs1...

Maybe someone has a similar problem. Please help, it is really annoying.

This normally happens to me when I lose connection. I think you're probably getting short disconnects from the internet and don't even notice it. I can never get back into the game when this happens, even if my connection starts working well before the timer expires.

I thought about it. What could be a cause of such short disconnections? How can I fix it? For some time (2-3 months) I didn't have this problem (but maybe it was only fortuity/lucky). I have link to the Internet (modem) via a cable, not WiFi.

No idea if it can be fixed, it's probably the internet provider's fault. I've got cable connection as well and it seems to happen at completely random times, not very often though.
