Issues with joining games on ESO?

Sometimes when my friend hosts a game on ESO I won't be able to join, but he is able to join mine and another friend's. Is it a firewall thing? His router? Restarting the game doesn't fix it.

This might actually be the first ok-ish post you've made. Try rejoining ESO after hosting a LAN game' this seems to do the trick for me and MCJim when we're failing to join.

[DO AT YOUR OWN RISK]:
1. Enable DMZ.
2. Enable UpNp on router
3. Allow age of empires 3 through firewall
4. Disable VPN's, if any.
5. Forward ports 80, 2300-2310.

If none of this works, I suggest powerlined router/erhernet combo, id you get good bandwith...
