Initianlization Failed - Could not load DATAPY.BAR

Hi everybody! I'm new to this forum. I registered because I had a problem running AoEIII Complite Collection, which I downloaded from Steam. It acutally runned the first times, but when I changed the folder destination the message appeared for the first time. I tried to verify the cash with steam options, it even found missing files, but it still doesn't work. I installed the game again and again, on the ealier folder and in new folders and nothing changed... I searched on the net, but it was useless. I asked for help on AoEIII community on steam and they linked me this site... Please can you help me???
