Trouble with games resolution/ definition: HD graphic resolutions on a 4K screen?

Hello everyone. I decided to buy this game via Steam and my first surprise was to find out the games run with a huge and outstanding resolution!... and Really Tiny and Small sidebars and text. Basically because of mi screen (4K)

I've seen some troubleshooting about the game running in 4k screens, where it appears in a little square in the middle of the screen, but in my case, runs full screen (3840X2160), but showing microscopic text, sidebars and elements.

I've tried to configure the games to run in other Windows compatibility, changing properties of the exe's to run on 640x480, and 'disabling screen scaling when using high ppp' options. I've also changed options inside the games, like resolution options or sidebars size, but still doesn't change. Thanks for your help!

Perhaps the game was never designed for 4k in the first place. I think the game might be older than 4k itself.

Maybe if you run it at 1440p it won't look so bad either.

A UI mod could be made to double the size of the elements, but it'd take a bit of work. How badly would you like this? Might be able to work it in if you're very interested.

Can you take screens shots of your screen in 4k or highest res you can achieve??

I really don't know how mods work (never used one before)... the resolution in 1400 worked fine, would you tell me more about this mode utility? Thanks!
