It's that time again for me to deal with this dumb shit.

following that
my mediacom port foward options look a little different. there option to select device. pc with ip address or leave this blank. then just below manually enter ip
protocols can check TCP and/or UDP. there start port end port then target port
ya any help, pretty frustrating

Open torrent-options-preferences-connection-port used for incoming connections:3200 or 3100 for me 3200 did the trick..
After that no more FTJ at all..

What I do is instead of setting up a static ip, I just check my ip address whenever I have ftj issues and change the port forwarding settings to the new ip. The ip should usually be static enough on its own to allow that to be a quick fix.
