Getting dropped from games/losing connection for no reason

yesterday in the early afternoon I was playing a nilla 3v3. My connection is always green and I don't lag. There was no lag during the game when suddenly it showed the unresponsive player listing all other players meaning it must be me. I checked my internet connection and it was fine and when the time ran out I had to close the game through task manager. I logged back in a few hours later and warned my friend who invited me to play that I might drop. He said it was maintenance day which I forgot about so I dismissed it and didn't have any problems the rest of the night. It just happened again today! My internet is fine, I logged right back in to eso, but I got dropped from the game. Yesterday is the first time this ever happened. What's going on?

Man I was about to win a 2v2 single handedly vs someone my level and someone much higher level imagine how pissed *I* was!

This seemed to work for a while but actually its doing it again. Ethernet is in, computer is connected to both wifi and Ethernet, have tried just Ethernet, still get dropped randomly
