Cannot recover old account

Hey guys.
Hoping one of you can help me.

Basically a while ago I played online so I made an account and all of that and recently wanted to play online against a friend.

I don't remember my username and when trying to recover said username I need to put in my CD Key and my PID, which isn't a problem as I know both of them.

The problem is that when putting these into their recovery process it says that my PID is not registered to any accounts and I can't progress with the recovery process.
Now I've already tried to make a new account on AOE3 But it says my CD Key is already signed up.

Has anyone had a problem like this and know how to fix it?

Basically I can't put in a support ticket on ESO as it keeps saying my PID is not linked to an account and I can't make a new account as my CD-KEY has already been used to make an account.

You can find your cd key in the registry. Open reg edit and look for a file related to age of empires 3

You're in luck.. if you sit tight microsoft are going to set up some newer, better servers and account recovery is something which needs to be looked at; that's exactly what's going on. viewtopic.php?f=27&t=4970

I have contacted microsoft, twice .
Since the game is on Steam they direct me to them, and that they can not do anything. Steam then directs me to eso.
