why does building rotator no longer work?!

I tried to reinstall building rotator after the EP patch update, but it doesn't work anymore.

Do I need to uninstalled EP reinstall AOE3 to get it working again please?

Place the attached file here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age Of Empires 3\bin\Startup
(or the non steam equivalent whatever it is)
You can also edit it to add agra fort hotkeys and probably quite a few other things. If you already have a non-empty user.con file, put this line in it (open with notepad and control c control v).

I'd upload the user.con file itself but it's not an allowed extension for this forum for some reason.

Possibly through the same method? Buckethead made that user.con file for me, maybe the patrol command can be added in there in a similair fashion.
