Help please !!

I recently installed the Napoleonic era mod, and now it will not load at all. I get an error,' Initialization failed could not load DATAPN.BAR'.
Does anyone know how to solve this ? Any help would be really appreciated.

re download the installer and install it to an empty folder, and copy over dataPN.bar
