ESO account password issue

I cant log onto my eso account and play online because i've forgotten my password. I have all the other information and have successfully reset it via my question but the emails never come. I haven't had any luck using the official site support direction and from what i've researched the whole support system for AoE is experiencing tons of issues so posting for some help here was the best I could come up with after hours of trying to guess my password.
