Not gaining any XP after battle

Here is the issue,

I started playing Age3 with my friend on ESO and after playing 4 battles, we didn't get any XP. XP hasn't changed at all.
His home city level is 10, mine is 20.
What is the problem? Or is there any?

This is new since the server switch. The new servers (updated yesterday) are experiencing some minor issues. Everything should be fixed shortly.

I am having the exact same problem, and looks a like other people are experiencing this problem as well (see Steam Community Forums).

It's too bad.. I am at 59, and soo close to 60. This no XP gain has been happening for a few days now ><

I am having the exact same problem, but my home cit was lvl 60 now when i create a new hc thy give me one with lvl 10 :/ and i dont have a hc now ...!! when they will fix the problem ?

Tell them your ESO name and your problem. They can make your HC lvl as it was before the new servers.

Quite hard. Particularly with software so outdated.

During a game I saw the city leveling up, but afterwards it was the same
