cannot connect to the sever

Has anyone else also experienced this problem at the moment?

If not,are there any ways I can do to solve the problem?

My guess is that one little incompetent piggy just started his working day and decided to proceed with some server maintenance.

It's not an issue on your end, the servers are down (presumably for maintenance).

EDIT: As of ~9:45 AM PST they're up again.

Servers're down again. Or at least ESO refuses to connect.
Is ESO dead?
