Fix lag issue on twitch!

Hi guys twitch always lagged for me on source but i found a solution for fix it. So i decided to share with you!

First of all download livestreamer. It has an official site i recomman download from there.

Open cmd and use this command line:
livestreamer --hls-segment-threads 4 twitch.tv/<channel> source

It fixed the lag issue for me, hope it works for you too! :)

I would just replace "source" by "best".
