Recover Home City?

So... I'm a noob returning to AOE3 after a long time. First thing I do when I log into ESO is clear out my old TAD home cities, thinking I'd start a clean slate and that "my new ones will start at the same level as the old ones". Yeah, I'm a dumbdumb.

Is there any way to recover my foolishly deleted HCs, or am I stuck with either level-grinding or XP mod shenanigans?

Use XP Mod to level up homecities to 100 in a few minutes.
