Connection interrupted to ESO

Hi, i bought the game from steam, and i played 15-16 matches.

But sometimes when the game finished (after someone surrended) when i want to exit from this game (not from ESO, but from this room-games), sometimes appear "connection interrupted to ESO" (in italian it's "connessione ad ESO interrotta"), and i haven't the victory or defeat in my overall score (it happened always after victory), it's like i didn't play that match.

I play always with asian dynasties.

What can i do?

Hi, unfortunately there's not much you can do. This happens because sometimes the servers crash while you're playing a match and they won't register the result afterwards. You can only mitigate this problem by playing in less busy hours, when the servers are unlikely to crash.

i think that i seen a guide for this problem, but probably it wasn't for this problem.
