How to get riggers banned ?

Hello I had a frustrating game with two riggers tonight...

We were winning on a 3v3, but my two comrades decided to quit the battle... to don't upgrade their level.

Then I lost.

Is there anyway I can get these riggers banned ?

Yeah I'm very frustrated because of those cancers and I hope to get them banned forever, I'm right now chatting with Microsoft support trying to find a solution.

there's this issue with smurfing, people don't want too high ranks in order not to be considered good

This happens so much in CSGO. I used to just quit (in a rage). There is essentially nothing you can do, the best part is to not give them much satisfaction. Either carry and win the game (Hard to do in AoE) or quit and move on. Eventually you will rank up to the "smurf-free" zone, where this is mainly non-existent. Smurfing gets pretty boring after a while, and their skill actually diminishes if they spend more time smurfing.
