MULTIPLAYER ISSUES

So I just bought the complete edition on the Steam sale and I made an account for multiplayer. When trying to log in I get error 103. When trying to make a new account I get error 101 and pressing forgot password gives me error 100. What's going on? I just bought this game.

I originally did many years ago but I never used multiplayer. I always felt bad about using pirated games though and now it's on sale I decided to buy it. But even once having that pirated copy shouldn't mean that buying a steam copy (completely different login details and CD key) would prevent me from playing it on a legit copy. I just refunded it and repurchased it (for another CD key) but the same issue occurs despite having no shared information between the crack and the legit copy.
