I think they are in a good spot right now, I'd say above average still.
The bias is strong with this one.

The nerfs were not based on my own experience, rather that of other top players. EP team was in agreement that China was too strong.but after he lost to mongo10's china twice he decide to nerf china totally. ironic.

Lol, yeah, I've been trying to nerf them for ages. You know Brit -100f was in the very first beta of EP, but we had to scratch it because there was too much opposition within the team.
