My EP Dont loading

My EP Dont loading

I made several attempts to start the EP and I'm not successful. Always keeps loading and says that the file does not respond.

Everything is normal, until I upgrade to version 4.1.
The launcher does not load the game and does not enter, stating that the program does not respond.

Does your EP launcher work? If so, in the launcher options, try disabling "share hosted games with ESOC".
