Multiplier vs cav is correct, rof is not considered. Rof change makes no sense tho and should be reverted.

ROF nerf also probably has many variables which we can't account for and potentially changing game mechanics overall as well,

for ex. if x unit has 2 rof and y unit takes 7 seconds to kill x unit, that means x unit fires 3 shots before dying, now if you change the rof of x unit to 2.5 it means it needs 7.5 sec to fire 3 shots but it dies at 7th second, so it basically misses one entire shot which theoretically is a huge nerf compared to minor stat adjustment. Ofcourse the reality is much more complex than this example...

Its not a counter init, abus is half skirm half artillery. Besides math says the damage is ok.

Well abus have such a high attack and that siege damage... If they didn't have that kind of multiplier they would absolutely rape goons

The main issue abus have is when they get kind of "caught" by goons. Like if you don't actually have much stuff to cover them, goons will trade ok, because abus have low hp and they have issues to shoot at short range. But this case shouldn't really happen

rof was taken into consideration. With RoF change abus take 24.5 seconds to kill instead of 21.

Abus gun are getting nerfed even further after 0.5 vs artillery instead of 0.75 on top of rof nerf.
Otto was only good on RE bcz maps were bad. Now on EP they are just avg on tp maps against slow civs.
Otto need to be compensated elsewhere if not on jan/abus,
maybe decrease vil train time

or make "team cav hit points" card available.
