Esoc patch does not give me my xp

Hello all,

I tried this with a friend of mine, we both downloaded the ESOC patch and started the game using the Esoc launcher. I created a new game (host game) and invited my friend. We both played an asian city and started to play against eachother on fast mode. After 2 minutes one resigns and we get 0 levels. What am i doing wrong?

Any help would be much appreciated.

ok nevermind im just a bloody idiot :( i did not start the xpmod part of the launcher.
