obs UI 2.0? to see the gathered recourses in a OBS practice game sorry i cant explain this better than this

Okay, so this has something to do with Aiz's spectator UI (note, which is completely unrelated to the patch).
Not sure what constitutes an "OBS practice game". A game with only yourself on an OBS map? What would that accomplish? I really do think you could explain this better if you were willing to put in a little effort. It is not at all clear to me.
If this is a suggestion for the Spectator UI, I'd like to direct you to Aiz's thread about it:

The ESOC team does not develop the Spectator UI.
