Please make these things relevant. healers, surgeons, and field hospitals are currently useless and expensive as they only heal one target at a time and at a slow heal rate. There's even a shipment that allows one to train surgeons at the church. The potential for new strategies is HUGE if these things could be made more useful or efficient.
Does anyone else agree with this? if not, why? If so, why?

I agree, i would be intersting to see these units much more useful. Maybe just make them cheaper. Hospital for 400w if i remember well is a joke . Moreover, i think macroing them would require macro skills, which is nice !
