I just hope DE is not going to implement all of the EP changes. Right now it is a big clusterfuck.

lol of course still people wouldn't send that, but AFAIK HCs have 131 cards, not just 3 vill and 700w. In certain circumstances buffed Balloons would be much more viable.

balloon would probably only be good after your 4th or so card, to be quite frank

it would come at a time where map vision and information helps a lot, but even then you're better off using explorers and sending resources or units.

well, first you would need to buff to test

I think we need a TEAM 3 native scouts card. At least those are less conspicuous. After all, would you move outside your base if you knew your opponent was well aware of your army composition and position.

That's another case. And actually they are not that hard to notice if you follow one of my recent tips - just scout with your explorer, own native scout, envoy, spy or ninja and kill em all!

they are already available in colonial age, which is obviously too soon historically speaking, as Montgolfier discovered it around 1750/1760 afaik, so I think we shouldn't take that into consideration and just look at it from the balance and usefulness points of view.

The buff they really need is better looks. Make it like, a rainbow balloon, or have some silly advertisement on it, or have "#basedgarja" written on it... make a bunch of skins and have one randomly selected when a balloon is spawned.

For making it, no longer a shipment but instead have it be trained at the arsenal for limited durations for 200c or something like that.

The truth about vision in aoe is that a smart player basically knows what is going on more than 90% of the time, and getting 700 resources is worth more than knowing exactly what is going on.

Industrial card is a good as it is. It is free map hack basically. There is no way to buff it without changing the niche nature of the card.
