Will the age 3 shipment be nerfed to balance the OP semi-FF civs?

Currently people FF because they know they have OP shipments to send and they cant lose with FF.
For example, when you FF with french, once you send 8 skirms and 5 goons (that is 1820 resources worth) you have counter units to what your opponent will have when he will push. And once you survive for 1 more minute and send 2 falcs (which is 1000 more resources), you basically win because your opponent doesnt have answer to 2 falcs.
So, what i propose is to nerf age 3 shipments or make them to arrive later than now (for example, an age 3 shipment to take 44 seconds to arrive instead of 40 seconds).
FF-ing should be something which wont make you autowin, but to bring bigger micro intensity. For example, if you age with french or german and send your first shipment, if your opponent is your base, you should only be able to defend only if you have very good micro skills and lose if you dont, instead of killing all of their units if they dont leave soon.
Also, instead of buffing the age 3 shipments of the civs who have worser shipments (Spain, Dutch), why not nerf the shipments of French and German to the level of Dutch and Spain?

I don't think that the problem is the shipments, it's just the tps.
Also you can counter most semi ff and the semi ff meta is still better than a rush meta tbh.
Anyway, the goon nerf will nerf the semi ff play.

No they won't. Age3 shipments have been nerfed like 2 times or so already since when the game came out.

I think TPs + good hunts over emphasize fortress play and booming. I personally think the gameplay could be more interesting, include rushings and timings and stuff, if TPs were nerfed to compensate for the better hunts that already favor booming/semi FF

TPs are still too strong and safe on most maps, and they're what make semi-FFs and FFs strong anyways. See Chinese FF for example: china with TP (either early or from 700w) is way better than China without. Same goes for Germany. The shipments themselves are fine IMO, considering a fortress shipment is only 300 resources more than colonial on average, so you don't make back the ageup investment for awhile unless you have a TP or two.

Actually, I think some civs like Russia need age unit shipments buffs.

Yea I know his bo but if you skip the tp it won't change much at all.
