Apparently counter infantry rifling has changed and now also adds 1x multiplier vs light cav.

That's not on the patch notes, or maybe i'm blind, one of the two.

imo all changes should be clear, even if they were a mistake. Someone might get an unfair advantage ingame due to this knowledge.

it may be a legitimate alternative to nerfing goons IMO, afaik it was implemented in the old fan patch from age sanc.

Howdah cost reversed from 350c 250f to 350f 250c
Counter rifling gives a bonus against dragoons
Tomahawk units saved from treasure now have snare (maybe other units too?)
Chinese Russian Blockhouse is fucked up
iro WarChief aura bonus is still 10% but the patchnotes say 15%

I'm not involved in the patch team so I don't know when these are supposed to be fixed but here is the list of the bugs which are currently known.

I always pick native scout treasures and I never noticed any snaring ability. Maybe you're messing up the games you played on re with the ones on EP.. It happens to me everytime xD
