im 23 and If i compare myself at the age of 18-20 ( the supposedly prime of gamers) with myself now, then i have no doubt which one is the better player. Not only in aoe but also in other games.

Well you are young, me and garja are 29. At this age there are a lot of things that don't allow you to nerd on videogames. Unfortunately man/woman lost thier skills for something they do when you are young. For example is sc2 all the pro stopped to play at 23 years old, in acrobatic dance its the same. Videogames are a new world where scientist know few things about his relationships whit the uman's life. But one of the thing they know is that you start to decay your skills as player when you are near 24_25

What things will not allow you to nerd on videogame?

Folks, looks like they're working on it, our prayers have been heard! The stats page is up, players can be searched, and even http://agecommunity.com/stats/GameSearch_yp.aspx is now up with some games listed as well as their results. It seems the last games shown are from 4 days ago, but hopefully new ones will start appearing soon!

You high? 200 kilos is over 4 plates lol. That would take anyone like probably at least 3 years of eating right and working out hard to get too.

If anything because you can't commit as much as before.

but that has nothing to do with age lol. Every player, regardless of the age , will get worse if he has to reduce his gaming time by a significant amount.

Motivation.
I spent last 3 years on AOE mostly playing for addiction or for fun. Back then I used to optimize time much better. It did also help that I could stick on a good 20-30 games routine when I needed to. Nowadays you just cant embark on such learning process.

Ye because quicksearch was completely destroyed because of the hackers and esoc patch.

Nah, because the game slowly died. If anything the killing blow was the server switch.

Killing blow? AOE3 is said to have died so many times yet here we are. AOE3 has withstood the storms and trials of time, maintained by a dedicated, not only surviving, but thriving community that grows larger by the day.
Look at how ESOC has grown since Spring Championships 2015. New people have come, troublemakers are gone/grown up and community members are stepping up and taking ownership of the survival of this game.
2016 was a year when many old and beloved things died, but AOE3 survived.
It is not only alive, it has risen!

It's say the moesbar hacks have been far more detrimental than the server switch turned out to be.

In 2008 there wasnt even jp elo rating in place. I would love to see elo to be resetted. Might even start playing again if that was the case.
