Re: Game of Thrones Season 8

It's particularly funny because in some interview GRRM was contrasting his own work with LotR and he said something along the lines of "did Aragorn pursue a policy of systematic Orc genocide?", to show how that sort of victory/ending is far too clean for his writing style.
So if all the wi .....

Re: Game of Thrones Season 8

"Hey long time no see, remember [line from season 1]"
"We're going to die tomorrow, but it'll be a good death!"
"I can't believe we're fighting for the Starks now lol"

I think that just about covers all the dialogue from that episode.

Also damn, they were really hinting at .....

Re: Game of Thrones Season 8

One thing that's been annoying me for a while about the show is establishing shots, they often convey a really confusing sense of scale. I also found it pretty funny that an army stands out in the freezing cold for hours as they funnel into 2 ranks just to pass through a tiny run-down, easily avoida .....

Control groups

I'm interested to hear how people manage their control groups. Currently I'm playing France and using number 1 for infantry (I just group musks and skirms together if I have both), 2 for handcav, 3 for anticav (just goons really) and 4 for artillery. Only situation where I've used a 5th is a group o .....

Maps bugged

I think this problem came from using custom maps on RE for some reason. That sets custom maps as the default for the next time you create a lobby, so when I tried creating a lobby on EP I get a message saying "you do not have any custom maps loaded, Disabling the custom maps toggle", and c .....

Kaiserklein is my favourite because he really uses his mic. And sometimes plays 1v2 with nub viewers :P
Plus you can always take a quick 6 hour nap and rest assured his stream will still be running when you wake up.

When you say best in age 3 I think of which one can stack the most upgrades in age 3. Which makes it either the forest prowler or dutch skirms I believe.

Poll inspired by that Deccan 3v3 that went on forever with you as China? ;) Late game potential really depends on the deck, given a roughly equal amount of late-game cards for everyone, the hierarchy is pretty much the same as treaty. China definitely loses cowing potential and most likely the vill o .....

Suggestions to make Sioux's eco better late game are all nice but I think it's just impossible to compensate for the lack of walls and artillery by buffing other areas. Even with all these changes, what is Sioux supposed to do about cannons and goons behind walls? Unless your suggestion with cetans .....

Re: Sioux Redesign ideas.

Is Sioux really such a special case that you have to go completely off the RE rails to make it balanced? Never see these kinds of wacky suggestions for other civs. The Teepee Karni Mata aura already seems like a pretty huge re-design.
