Re: 2020 Democratic Primary

I dont know what it is, but all those things Bernie says move me so much. Whenever I watch a video of him, I'm on the verge of bursting into tears. I shouldnt even care. It's not my country, it won't affect me at all. But somehow I do.

All I can see is a man who has spent his life fighting not for fa .....

Re: 2020 Democratic Primary

Betters currently think its very likely Sanders takes Iowa, NH and Nevada. That'd be a crushing defeat for the rest.

Re: 2020 Democratic Primary

This is all wild speculation, but if it were to be early stage dementia then he will not be able to perform his presidential duties anymore at the end of his term. My grandfather went from missing the highway exit when driving home in the dark to not knowing who I was (and after I told him I was his .....

Re: 2020 Democratic Primary

So instead of studying Ive been looking at the theory that Joe Biden is suffering from dementia and I thought it would be a meme, but you know, he reminds my a lot of my grandfather in the earlier stages of his dementia.

Re: 2020 Democratic Primary

I'm sorry I went into semantics in those last few posts, I should not have done that.

What you were saying I believe is that if Sanders were to mimic the scandinavian tax system, all people including the middle class would be paying more money, because their tax system is relatively flat. You are ri .....

Re: 2020 Democratic Primary

So, what you're saying is that the USA tax rates are more progressive, but generally lower, than those for Scandinavian countries?

Re: 2020 Democratic Primary

But they say "rather flat" which is clear to me, as oppose to "generally flat".

Re: 2020 Democratic Primary

Don't use the word flat to try to describe things that aren't flat. Also I don't see how "generally flat" means "more flat" ?

I didn't find that definition when I lookd up flat tax though. I think you're using the wrong term for what you want to demonstrate.

Re: Multitasking and Attention

It's not that Aiz's advice is untrue, but I think it is a bit too technical (oh and aiz has little reason to worry about this stuff, he has insane apm).

I personally think the best thing to get better at multitasking is to automize things as much as possible. I always do things the same way, put thi .....
